Voluntary Boil Water Notice and Low Water Pressure

September 17, 2025

Voluntary Boil Water Notice

Bring tap water to a boil, boil for one minute, and cool before using

or use bottled water. Boiled or bottle water should be used for drinking, making ice, washing dishes, brushing teeth, and preparing food until further notice.

This Voluntary Boil Water Notice applies to those properties that are on:    Shawnee Bend (across the Community Bridge)

We are still working on resolving the issue, however, due to the loss of pressure we are issuing out of an abundance of caution.

For more information, please contact,

Camden County PWSD #4 at 573-365-6792

Please share this information with other people in your area, especially anyone who may not get this notice directly (for example, people in apartments, nursing homes, schools, and businesses)

Sign up for alerts at www.camdenpwsd4.com for updates on leaks and other issues.

Low Water Pressure Notice

We are currently experiencing low water pressure for customers in the Shawnee Bend Area (across the Community Bridge)

We have one of our wells that are not distributing water currently. Our management and crew is aware of the situation and are working to resolve the issue.

That is all the information we have at this time. Additional information as to a Voluntary Boil Order, etc will be distributed once we have more information. Currently we have NOT implemented a Voluntary Boil Order.
